INVIDESAreas of application

  • Field planning support

Our application streamlines interdisciplinary collaboration within a distributed organisational structure by consolidating data, information and workflows into a single software tool.

  • Dynamic what-if simulation

Imagine you want to try out a new procedure. How does the system behave in the event of a change? Will the desired targets still be achieved or even exceeded? You can simply try it out in the simulation model without any risk to real operation.

  • Performance monitoring

The integrated nature of the INVIDES platform enables the aggregation of a vast amount of information, which in turn facilitates the monitoring of performance in a given field.

  • Workflow automation

Experience unparalleled efficiency gains and cost savings as manual errors and delays become a thing of the past. Our intuitive interface and customizable workflows empower you to design automation strategies that align perfectly with your unique business needs.

  • Virtual metering

Measuring devices can be a costly investment. Our dependable physical model permits the straightforward calculation and display of almost every physical property, in almost any location. These comprise e.g. mass flows of oil, gas and water, viscosities, densities or enthalpies, and many more!

  • Predictive maintenance

In the dynamic world of energy production, downtime is not an option. Maximize the reliability and performance of your critical assets with our advanced predictive maintenance solutions.

  • Data driven decision making

In the rapidly evolving energy landscape, harnessing the power of data is essential for staying competitive and driving innovation. Empower your organization with our cutting-edge data-driven decision-making solutions tailored specifically for the energy sector.

  • Training / learning management system

Use the simulator to fine tune all aspects of the whole production stream. From well handling to facility operation - get to know the best procedures and optimize them in a safe environment and in a cost-effective manner. Even train the operators and field personnel in simulated exceptionally hazardous situations.

  • Inventory management

Streamline your operations by optimizing inventory levels, reducing stockouts, and minimizing excess inventory. Our intuitive platform provides real-time insights, empowering you to make data-driven decisions that drive profitability and productivity.

  • GHG monitoring / reduction

Our comprehensive platform offers real-time and simulated monitoring and reporting of GHG emissions across all stages of your operations. From extraction to distribution, gain unparalleled visibility into your carbon footprint and take proactive steps towards managing & improving sustainability.

  • Process optimization

Invides offers a range of solutions for optimising processes. These include the use of optimisation algorithms to identify a global minimum (or maximum) and the testing of new concepts in so-called "what-if" scenarios.

  • Field document management

Accessing all types of data everywhere. Gain immediate visibility to the technical drawings and data sheets, such as the P&IDs of the equipment you see on your virtual tour through your asset.

INVIDESthe journey

The INVIDES journey began in the early 1990s in Germany with the development of training simulators for nuclear power plants.

Subsequently, in the late 1990s the combustion models required for coal and gas-fired power plants were developed and applied in projects in Europe, Africa and Asia.

In 2015, a major project for the oil & gas industry was delivered in Mexico such that the simulation models were extended to cover 3-phase separation processes.

Research and development continued to develop downstream models, which were the used in a project for a Vacuum Distillation Unit at a refinery in South America.

The energy production chain is now complete and the models required for energy transition and its need for hydrogen have been the focus of the latest models created.
