INVIDES Redefining Asset Simulation
INVIDES Redefining Asset Simulation
All our simulation tools are integrated into one platform
Models can scale with the number of CPUs available. Even large and complex systems can be simulated in acceptable computing times.
An HTML5 user interface has been tested in a proof of concept as a cloud service. Web-based HMIs allow the simulator to be used without having to physically install it on site.
The open and flexible OPC interface of our platform gives us unlimited application options. Third party software can be easily integrated, such as Excel, virtual reality software, predictive/prescriptive maintenance solutions, well and reservoir analysis/forecasting software, flow assurance, alternative flow models or financial models.
Our models are based on first-order principles of physics, chemistry and thermodynamics. Our models are fully compositional. Phase equilibrium and physical properties are calculated using Equation of State (EOS).
Our OPC interface allows life asset or field data to be connected to the digital twin. This allows life data to be displayed on the HMI of the digital twin. A recent development allows the simulator to be initialised using life data, solving an inverse and underdetermined problem.
INVIDES offers a comprehensive suite of integrated functions within a single application.
The Editor is our main development tool. It is a graphical user interface where unit operations, flow lines, transmitters, components, connections, etc. are specified as drawings without using any code.
Our ecosystem provides a complete environment for the creation of a bespoke Human Machine Interface (HMI). We can design everything to your requirements or adapt to what already exists in your plant.
An intelligent document management system allows plant or field documentation to be linked to our simulator initialisation menus. This speeds up the model specification process and ensures proper documentation of model development.
Automation capabilities allow fully automated execution of simulations with pre-defined tasks or interventions.
A number of algorithms are available in the code library. Third-party algorithms can be easily implemented. So-called command charts with C# code elements allow dynamic or steady-state simulation runs to be embedded in these algorithms.
INVIDES is the platform for simulation-powered digital twins that covers every part of the energy production chain from the reservoir fluid entering the well to the refinery exporting the marketable hydrocarbons. We cover every single step in between!
